Every draw uses a commit-reveal random number generator. The seed's fingerprint is locked in before a single ticket is sold, so it cannot be changed afterwards.

    When sales open, the secret seed's hash is committed.

  2. Sales close

    Every entered ticket is sealed into one entries hash.

  3. Revealed

    The draw runs and the seed that produced the numbers is revealed.

  4. Second check, published

    A second staff member verifies before it is published, signed. Recompute it yourself.
